   Solution Description
This solution is used within the E.U., and Australia. It combines standards associated with EU: Electric Charging Hot Spot with those for I-M: Mobile Internet (X.509). The EU: Electric Charging Hot Spot standards include upper-layer standards required to advertise the existance of a electric vehicle charging station. The I-M: Mobile Internet (X.509) standards include lower-layer standards that support secure communications between two entities, either or both of which may be actively moving; based on X.509 certificates. A non-mobile (if any) endpoint may connect to the wide-area-wireless service provider using any Intneret connection method.
