ITS Service Packages

A Service Package (SP) provides a service-oriented perspective to the HARTS. SPs are tailored to fit, separately or in combination, real world transportation problems and needs. Service packages collect together one or more C-ITS functions that must work together to deliver some user benefit. While the physical view is stored as a database of triples, it is typically easier for a human to interact with the architecture through focused images, and service packages provide that window.
