  Solution Description
This solution is used within the U.S., E.U., and Australia. It combines standards associated with (Out of Scope) with those for I-M: Mobile Internet (X.509). The (Out of Scope) standards include a set of upper layer standards that are outside the scope of the HTG7 analysis process. The I-M: Mobile Internet (X.509) standards include lower-layer standards that support secure communications between two entities, either or both of which may be actively moving; based on X.509 certificates. A non-mobile (if any) endpoint may connect to the wide-area-wireless service provider using any Intneret connection method.
