Flow Description
Information about a vehicle such as vehicle make and model, fuel type, engine type, average emissions, average fuel consumption, passenger occupancy, or other data that can be used to classify vehicle eligibility for access to specific lanes, road segments, or regions. The profile may also include vehicle identity that can be used to determine eligibility for facilities open only to specific pre-registered vehicles. Vehicle ID broken out as a separate flow to keep vehicle profile anonymous.

This solution is used within the E.U., and Australia. It combines standards associated with (None-Data) with those for V-X: Local Broadcast Wireless (AU/EU). The (None-Data) standards include an unspecified set of standards at the upper layers. The V-X: Local Broadcast Wireless (AU/EU) standards include lower-layer standards that support local-area broadcast wireless solutions, such as DSRC technologies, 5G LTE, etc.
