Flow Description
A vehicle’s road use history that records where the vehicle has traveled over time. Optionally includes vehicle speeds as well as distance traveled for some applications. Information is accurate enough to distinguish between adjacent roads, adjacent lanes, and identify direction of travel on the roads.

 Solution Description
This solution is used within the U.S.. It combines standards associated with (None-Data) with those for I-M: Mobile Internet (US). The (None-Data) standards include an unspecified set of standards at the upper layers. The I-M: Mobile Internet (US) standards include lower-layer standards that support secure communications between two entities, either or both of which may be actively moving; based on X.509 or IEEE 1609.2 certificates. A non-mobile (if any) endpoint may connect to the wide-area-wireless service provider using any Intneret connection method.
