Vehicle OBE to Other Vehicle OBEs: intersection infringement info
Flow Description
Vehicle path information sent by a vehicle that is performing an unpermitted movement at an intersection such as a stop sign violation or running a red light. Tthis also includes information about possible conflicts with other road users in the vehicle's path, including a range of uncontrolled intersection scenarios that could be covered by this flow. This flow does not include permanent ids; only temporary ones that allow monitoring of the vehicle as it moves across the intersection.

   Solution Description
This solution is used within the E.U., and Australia. It combines standards associated with (None-Data) with those for V-X: BTP/GeoNetworking/G5. The (None-Data) standards include an unspecified set of standards at the upper layers. The V-X: BTP/GeoNetworking/G5 standards include lower-layer standards that support broadcast, near constant, low latency vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communications using the ETSI GeoNetworking Bundle over the 5.9GHz spectrum.
